Rules of Engagement - Cancellation Policy

Please check that you read and acknowledge responsibility for each item below:

Required Deposit

REQUIRED DEPOSIT: I acknowledge a $150 deposit is required for a reservation and I will provide said deposit within 48 hours of TTS confirming my booking. I understand that the deposit goes towards the cost of the party and that TTS can only hold a date for 48 hours without a deposit.

Required Balance

REQUIRED BALANCE: I accept that I must pay in full the remaining balance five (5) days before the event. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Required Headcount Advance

REQUIRED HEADCOUNT ADVANCE: I understand a final headcount is required one (1) week prior to the event. I will provide TTS with this headcount which includes the Guest of Honor and all participating guests in the event.

Headcount Payment

HEADCOUNT PAYMENT: I will pay for the total headcount plus additional participants as agreed and approved by TTS based on additional fees.

Required parking

REQUIRED PARKING: I acknowledge the location for TTS vehicles must be flat and leveled for the safety of all guests and I will be responsible for coordinating, with venue owners, that the parking lot space for the event (venue, park, building, church, etc.) meets these requirements. I will confirm five (5) days prior to the event or earlier that TTS vehicles will be allowed to park at the allotted party time.

Required Parking Space

REQUIRED PARKING SPACE; I acknowledge the trailer requires 50 feet (approx. 4 car lengths) to park, plus an additional 10 feet at the rear of the trailer are required and I will be responsible for ensuring that space will be available at the time of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Tiara Time Spa reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather, serious illness, or an unforeseen emergency.

If any of these circumstances arise, TTS will issue a refund within 48 hours of any monies tendered or reschedule the date of the event to an agreeable date and time for you. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of making the deposit, the deposit is refundable. Deposits are Non-Refundable otherwise.
