Our Cancellation Policy form is required and found within the Book Now Form, however you may refer to it by following this link for the specific information required prior to booking an event with Tiara Time Spa.
At the moment all of our Reservations or bookings are being done via the email or phone call. There is now a form to fill out on our website under Book-Now, this will send you and us an email of your request, we will respond either phone or email to confirm and for other questions. If you do not hear from us within 48 hrs, please call us with your questions or email us at info@tiaratimespa.com, our phone number is 570-664-7099.
Either from your form request on Book-Now or from contacting us directly, you will need a confirmation of your booking from us, a $150 deposit within 48 hours is then required. The deposit will go towards the cost of your party. We will only hold your date for 48 hours from the moment we confirm your booking without a deposit.
The final headcount is required 1 week before the event. In that headcount you must include the Guest of Honor and any other guests should be included in the head count that will be participation in the Services provided. You will be charged based upon this headcount. It is up to the discretion of the service provider to accept additional participants after that date. There would be an additional fee to add users after the final head count is submitted.
The remaining balance is due in full 5 days before the party. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Tiara Time Spa reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather, serious illness, or an unforeseen emergency.
If any of these circumstances arise, Tiara Time Spa will issue a refund within 48 hours of any monies tendered or reschedule the date for you. If you need to cancel within 24 hrs. of making the deposit, the deposit is refundable otherwise it is Non Refundable.
Tiara Time Spa will arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your start time for set-up. Your party will start at the scheduled time. It is suggested to have your guests arrive prior to the party time in order to prevent any interruptions for the other participants.
Tiara Time Spa events are provided in a trailer that is pulled by a pickup truck. The overall length is 50 feet (approx. 4 car lengths). The rear of the trailer opens and adds an additional 10 feet to the trailer.
The location needs to be flat and leveled to ensure the safety of children. Please be sure to reserve the space for our Tiara Time to park before the start time of your event.
If you are using the parking lot space of a venue, park, building, church, etc., it is your responsibility to communicate with the owner and confirm that our vehicle will be allowed to park there for the allotted party time.
Gratuity is not mandatory but appreciated for a job well done by our hostesses. For parties with more than 9 guests a gratuity of 15% is mandatory.
We do not cut, file, or trim nails and/or cuticles.
All guests must attend the party with clean nails and feet. It would be helpful if guests also remove any existing polish prior to the start of the party.
All of our robes, face and hand towels, and headbands are steam cleaned and sanitized after each use.
All foot tubs and hand bowls are cleaned and sterilized immediately after each use. All makeup is new and guests get to take it home.
We like to provide music for each party based on the preferences of the guest of honor, the type of music, and specific artists or songs (pop, rock, rap, etc.).
To fulfill those preferences we request that the host prepares a playlist and or a streaming channel to listen to. This helps to ensure the guests are comfortable from the start. Please send the playlist at least 48 hours before your scheduled party to give us ample time to create and save the playlist.
